Interview Prep Coaching Session

  • You’ll get a private coaching session using Kyle’s proven interview prep techniques distilled from 8+ years of candidate interview experience.

  • Through role-play and didactic instruction, you’ll learn how to win an interview- whether it be an HR screen, or a final interview with the hiring manager.

  • (Optional) A free follow-up phone call for negotiation advice when you receive your next job offer.

Resume and Cover Letter Edits

  • Full review and editing of your resume and cover letter. Kyle will give you full ownership to your resume file at no extra cost so that you can iterate when needed.

  • Resume edits include content optimization, removal of extraneous details, and grammar checks, as well as style, template and layout changes

LinkedIn Optimization Guidance

  • Kyle will personally critique your LinkedIn profile from the perspective of a recruiter and then provide you with advice to improve your profile and make yourself visible to other recruiters looking for talent on LinkedIn.

How it works

  • To book, email Kyle at info@aceditinterviews.com to schedule a 1:1 video call via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Your email should include your resume and (optional) cover letter, as well as the link to your LinkedIn profile (and be on the lookout for a LinkedIn connection request)

    • Documents MUST be in Microsoft Word file format as .doc or .docx (Google Docs downloads are ok)

  • Kyle will review your resume & cover letter, and analyze your LinkedIn ahead of your scheduled call. During the call, you’ll cover resume adjustments and LinkedIn best practices and go through a full interview prep.

  • Based on feedback gained from this call, Kyle will then deliver a fully edited resume to you within 3 business days of your call.
